AWANA:

Awana stands for Approved Workmen are Not Ashamed from 2 Timothy 2:15 "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of truth."

What is AWANA?
Awana is a Bible-based, Christ centered program committed to ministering to children and teens. Our weekly programs promote an atmosphere filled with fun and excitement.

On the international level God has done great things through the Awana ministry. Today, more than 9,000 churches from America to Asia and from Africa to Australia use Awana to reach their young for Christ. Thousands of young people are discipled in clubs and at our summer camps. Tens of thousands of lay leaders attend Leadership Training Conferences. And we annually share the gospel with over 1 million kids of all races and nationalities.

At First Baptist Leesburg, Preschoolers age 3 through children in the 5th grade meet each Wednesday evening from 6:20 pm to 8:00 pm for a night filled with fun and learning the Scriptures.

Come join us!
